Henley Homes has announced the launch of its new hotel management company, Rogue City Hotel Group.
The group was co-founded by hotelier Nassar Khalil, who brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience, and aims to create a hotel portfolio that “champions affordable luxury” and combines historic architecture with a creative, modern design in a vibrant landscape.
The Group already features the five-star Dunalastair Hotel Suites in Scotland and will soon boast its new developments, The Hobson, Cambridge and The Wellington, Glasgow.
The Hobson in Cambridge, a former police station and Grade-listed building, will offer 59 hotel suites and adding to the group’s Scottish portfolio, The Wellington in Galsgow will bring an additional 100 suites.
These hotels are in addition to the already established and renowned Highlands property of Dunalastair Hotel Suites that features four superior rooms and 28 suites along with facilities for exclusive events including weddings, product launches and other corporate functions.
Khalil, the former COO for Royal Luxury Hotels and the operations director of the group now known as Nadler Hotels, said: “I co-founded Rogue City Hotel Group to disrupt the status quo in conventional hospitality by delivering an alternative luxury hotel brand that fully aligns its interest with that of its guests.
“Our primary focus is to make design-led luxury accommodation and exceptional service accessible to all demographics through an affordable pricing policy. The ethos and philosophy of Rogue City Hotel Group is one of transparency, exceptional service and a consumer experience that embraces the locations of our properties.”
