White Swan Hotel on market for £1.5m

The White Swan Hotel in Halifax has been brought to market of a guide price of £1.5m.

Situated in the town centre the property features 39 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant and two large conference rooms and a traditional ballroom with a sprung dance floor. 

The hotel is currently owned by international property giant FICO Corporation.

Robert Smithson, senior surveyor at Colliers International, who is handling the sale, said: “This town centre hotel provides an exciting opportunity for new owners to re-establish a strong business.

“Halifax is strategically well located being within easy access to a number of major areas of population and significant transport links including Leeds, Bradford and Manchester.”

He added: “Furthermore, the hotel is in an ideal location to explore West Yorkshire and its shopping, Pennines and Bronte Country as well as visit corporate businesses so would welcome trade and tourist customers alike.”
