Arch London set to celebrate five-year anniversary

In this episode we speak to Anthony Hunt, partner and co-head of Corporate Real Estate at law firm Howard Kennedy. We discuss why 2026 may be seen as a pivotal year for boutique hotels, unpack the rise of global nomadism and how this is shaping demand and trends across hospitality, and how a strong team and clear, consistent messaging and offerings are key to securing investment.

Boutique hotel, The Arch London, is turning five February this year and is set to celebrate the occasion by giving away five prizes.

Five winners will each win an overnight stay at the Marylebone-based hotel, with breakfast and champagne on arrival, plus a three course dinner for two, for just £5.

From February 4, 2015, entrants can visit the hotel and leave their name and email address at reception, or tweet @thearchlondon with the hashtag #ilovethearchlondon to enter the prize draw, which will be drawn on February 28 2015.

Michael Voigt, general manager at the hotel, told Hotel Owner: “We are very excited to celebrate our 5th anniversary and for the special occasion we are offering 5 rooms for £5. Five reasons to celebrate.”

The winner will receive prize vouchers, valid until November 1, 2015.
