Roomzzz Aparthotel has confirmed the debut of its new concept ‘Roomzzz New Generation’ will be in Chester

Roomzzz Aparthotel Chester City will see the £5.5m conversion of an existing office space into a 64-bed aparthotel overlooking Chester Racecourse.

The new concept will see “significant changes” to the interior architecture of the brand, including spacious interior and modern kitchens in all apartments. Chester will be the first in the concept to offer multiple penthouse suites, all of which have rooftop balconies with racecourse views.

The aparthotel is set to launch at the start of April 2015.

Mark Walton, head of Roomzzz Aparthotel UK, said: “The opening of Chester signifies the progression of Roomzzz, not only is this Aparthotel ‘New Generation’ in terms of how it looks, feels and operates but Chester also will adapt a new ethos which serves to further improve our customer experience.

The second Roomzzz Aparthotel ‘New Generation’ location will be the brand’s first opening in the Midlands. Roomzzz Nottingham City will open at the start of May 2015.
