Hotel chain Premier Inn has announced it has begun searching for five youngsters to take on the role of junior hotel inspector.
The company is looking for “straight talking” children between five and 12 who will be required to leave “refreshingly honest” opinions on their one night stay.
Five junior inspectors and their parents will be selected to spend the night at a Premier Inn hotel and use a specifically-designed kit to deliver feedback on their stay, including dinner and breakfast menus, mattress bounce factor, staff friendliness and quality of hide and seek spots.
Feedback will be introduced into the Premier Inn review process to help improve its family offering.
Beatrice Vears, head of brand marketing, said: “As a family brand, we care about every single one of our guests – ensuring they have the best possible night’s sleep and a really fun stay at Premier Inn.
“We’re looking to recruit these junior hotel inspectors to represent the needs of our youngest guests. The right applicant will need to be confident, curious and an expert in bed bouncing.”
Application are open until Monday, 13 June, at Premier Inn’s website, with the winners also sealing an additional two-night stay with their family at a UK hotel of their choice this summer.
