Nadler Hotels has announced plans to create a 10-floor hotel within the new St John’s Place residential tower in Manchester.
The 110-bedroom hotel will sit below the site’s residential apartments, cafés, restaurants and wellbeing facilities, with rooms featuring the brand’s mini-kitchen and contemporary interior design.
It will be Nadler’s first property in Manchester and the sixth in the company’s portfolio, with properties already located in London’s Soho, Victoria and Kensington, as well as Liverpool and a newly acquired site in Covent Garden.
Robert Nadler, CEO of Nadler, said: “Allied London’s developments are all about creating communities. Our hotels differentiate themselves from other brands through our emphasis on sustainability, in particular social sustainability. We are therefore very excited to be working in partnership with a land-owner who shares our ethos.”
Michael Ingall, Allied London’s chief executive, added the Nadler brand is a “great fit” for the the development and the city.
St John’s Place – expected to open, along with the hotel, in 2019 – is part of Allied London’s new St John’s neighbourhood, which is designed to have good connections with Manchester’s city centre.
