Ufi Ibrahim

Ufi Ibrahim is a leading figure in UK hospitality, best known as the founder and CEO of the Energy & Environment Alliance (EEA), which works to help the hotel sector transition to Net Zero and meet ESG goals. She previously served as CEO of the British Hospitality Association from 2010 to 2018, where she oversaw its merger with the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers to form UKHospitality. Her leadership saw the launch of initiatives like the Big Hospitality Conversation, which helped create tens of thousands of jobs for young people. Ibrahim is also a former COO of the World Travel & Tourism Council and currently serves as a commissioner on the Food, Farming and Countryside Commission.
