Apprentice chefs serve up treat at Voice of Apprenticeships conference

Budding chefs from Guoman & Thistle Hotels prepared and served meals for more than 300 guests at the recent Voice of Apprenticeships conference.

Conference delegates and speakers, including MP Matthew Hancock, enjoyed breakfast, lunch and snacks prepared by trainees from Guoman & Thistle Hotels’ apprentice chef scheme.

Held at The Tower hotel, the annual Voice of Apprenticeships conference showcases the benefits of training opportunities across a range of different industries as part of National Apprenticeships Week.
