Independent remuneration consulting company MHR Global has started collecting data for its 2013 Hospitality Salary and Reward Survey.

“Salary surveys are not new, but we understand this is the first time businesses across the hospitality sector are able to benchmark their pay, bonus and benefit information for specific job roles within their business with those paid by other similar establishments,” said MHR Global director and founder Kevin McBride.

McBride continued: “We are calling on all those who manage pay and reward strategy within hotels, spa and leisure resorts, restaurants, theme parks and private clubs to take part in this survey.”
