Meininger Hotels has won a Global Youth Travel Award 2017 in the consumer-voted category for Best Youth Travel Accommodation.
The Best Youth Travel Accommodation award was voted for by younger travellers to recognise an organisation or property that stands out for its commitment to providing ‘excellent experiences’.
The awards were announced during the annual World Youth and Student Travel Conference (WYSTC) in Montreal, Canada on 28 September 2017.
The group currently operates 17 hybrid hotels in Europe, with a total of 8,409 beds in 11 European cities including Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Copenhagen, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Leipzig, London, Munich, Salzburg and Vienna.
It is the second year in a row that the hotel group has been nominated for the award.
