Bespoke Hotels has announced it will take over management of the former Park Inn Hotel in Thurrock, Essex.

The property will be rebranded as Stifford Hall Hotel, with a greater emphasis placed on its location within the village of North Stifford. The facilities include 97 bedrooms, 11 meeting rooms, three banqueting suites and an informal bar and grill restaurant.

Graham Marskell, managing director of Bespoke Hotels, said: “We are delighted to have secured a lease to operate and manage the Stifford Hall Hotel. It is both a property and a location with tremendous potential, which will significantly enhance our portfolio across the South East of England.”

Kristian Dijkstra of hotel and serviced apartment investment specialists, C1 Capital, said: “We are excited both to have secured the expertise and experience of Bespoke Hotels, as well as to have agreed a rebranding strategy which will enhance the character of the Stifford Hall Hotel.

“We are extremely keen to emphasise the unique qualities of the property, and feel this new brand identity will provide an ideal vehicle through which to achieve this.”
