Arora Group announces new appointments

The new appointments come amid a period of significant growth for the company

Hotel management firm Arora Group has announced a series of new appointments within its management team.

Yousif Al-wagga will join the group as general manager of the Renaissance hotel in London Heathrow, replacing Ryan Nicholls. Nicholls will move on to become general manager of Sofitel London Heathrow.

James Berry, the previous GM of Sofitel London Heathrow has been appointed GM of the two new hotels due to open at London Heathrow Terminal 4 in summer 2018.

The group has over 1,100 bedrooms in development, including the four-star Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Express at London Heathrow Terminal 4 and the Hilton Garden Inn at London Heathrow Terminal 2.

Vincent Madden, group director of operations, said: “We’re delighted to announce these changes to our hotel management team. Both Ryan and James continue to do a stellar job for us and we’re happy to be in a position to continue to offer them new challenges within the group.

“Yousif joins us with extensive hotel and hospitality experience and I’m confident he will be a real asset to Renaissance London Heathrow as well as the wider Arora team.”
