Award winning Bank House boutique hotel for sale for £1.9m

The award-winning Bank House boutique hotel, brasserie and bar, overlooking the River Great Ouse in King’s Lynn has been brought to market for around £1.9m

A classic detached Grade II listed building, comprises of 12 luxury en-suite letting bedrooms, extensive bar and dining areas for over 150 covers, and an external decking area adjacent to the river with seating for a further 60 covers.

Situated in the heart of the business quarter of King’s Lynn, Bank House has been in the present owners’ hands for 10 years, and has been extensively refurbished.

The current owners, Anthony and Jeannette Goodrich are looking to move on from Bank House in order to concentrate on building their other business.
