AHS said that with the Scottish hospitality industry ‘facing a staffing crisis’ exacerbated by Brexit and Covid-19, there has never been a more ‘urgent time’ to develop talent now and for the future
Apprenticeship in Hospitality Scotland (AHS) which counts Apex Hotels, The Old Course Hotel, St. Andrews and Cameron House, Loch Lomond among its hotel partners, is increasing its network, so it can nurture, develop and inspire the “next generation” of skilled talent for the Scottish hospitality industry.
