The luxury hotel and spa group Barons Eden has Michael Stott as its new managing director of Hoar Cross Hall.
It revealed Stott has over 30 years’ experience in the leisure, travel and hospitality industry and has previously held “senior positions” at a number of award-winning businesses including Macdonald Resorts and Whittlebury Hall and Spa.
The group has said Stott is set to grow the team, support professional development and “continue to innovate” as one of Europe’s largest spas, with the goal to build on the venue’s recent successes in delivering “industry-leading” customer service.
In addition, Barons Eden has also said Stott will continue to support the business’s sustainability goals, in order to progress the work that is already being done to lessen Hoar Cross Hall’s impact on the environment.
Edward Law, director of Barons Eden, said: “We are absolutely delighted that Michael has joined us at Hoar Cross Hall, as he has a huge amount of experience in the sector that we know will support and positively affect our business.”
Stott added: “Now is the perfect time for me to join the already fantastic team at Hoar Cross Hall. After the uncertainty of the last two years, customer experience and innovation has never been more important, and I am looking forward to implementing some exciting new projects across each offering at our incredible destination over the next twelve months.”
