Adagio has announced the opening of a new four-star Aparthotel in Sutton on 10 September 2021.
Located a short walk from Sutton station and Sutton high street, the hotel has said it is “ideal” for both short-term and long-term stays.
It revealed the property features 59 apartments, equipped with a living room with sofa and television, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, an office area, as well as a “carefully designed” bathroom.
In addition, Adagio has said it is a “contemporary sanctuary” and a “welcoming” place to meet and socialise, providing a hybrid space for residents with guests also permitted private use of a gym.
The news comes after the group revealed last year it was aiming to double the number of its aparthotels by 2023.
At the time, despite what it called a “challenging 2020”, it said the brand’s good economic health pre-Covid-19 and “strong growth and performance” in recent years had “safeguarded its expansion plans”.
