Accor acquires majority of Ennismore
Sharan Pasricha, founder and co-CEO and Gaurav Bhushan, co-CEO, will lead the asset light entity which will run autonomously, comprising 14 hotel and coworking brands
Accor has announced it has become the majority owner of newly established lifestyle company Ennismore, now owning 66.67% of the shareholding, while Sharan Pasricha has a 33.33% holding.
