The hotel development site has planning permission to develop a 100-bedroom hotel with the site also enjoying a” high-profile location” overlooking the renowned River Liffey.
Alongside the rooms, the hotel site has permission for restaurant and bar facilities extending to approx.150 sqm. CBRE added that once developed the hotel will extend to approx. 4,046 sqm.
The site is also located only a short walk to many of the city’s main attractions including Temple Bar, Trinity College, Guinness Storehouse, St. Stephen’s Green, O’Connell Street and Grafton Street.
