CitySuites is set to open its second aparthotel, CitySuites II, in Manchester City Centre, in late January 2022.
Offering a “modern classic” experience, it revealed CitySuites II occupies a “prime” location in Embankment West, a city centre neighbourhood within Manchester’s central business district.
Complete with 142 apartments, from studios (30.5 SQM) up to three-bedroom apartments (105.8 SQM), each has been designed to combine the “luxury touches” of a hotel with the space, privacy, and comfort of home.
The hotel said under the roof of CitySuites II are five penthouses. The largest of the five suites is a three-bedroom duplex penthouse that occupies 256sqm of the 16 and 17 floor, including a wrap-around balcony.
All apartments are designed to suit both business and leisure stays, offering anything from a one-night stay up to a year-long booking.
The hotel also said it includes an 18-metre pool, alongside a spa pool and steam room. The gym is accessible 24 hours a day. Community spaces include The Lounge, an open-plan area overlooking Embankment West courtyard.
As well as CitySuites’ Embankment Kitchen, CitySuites has opened its Embankment Café serving a variety of specialty coffees, sandwiches, and alcoholic drinks.
