“With processes realigned, it’s important our guests experience a great feeling when they arrive, enjoy the best possible service at every touch point and exceed their expectations. More importantly than ever, we understand people want value for money and memorable experiences.”
Nield said he has plans to implement a destination-led strategy that supports “putting Cambridgeshire on the map” by creating a resort feel for the property, adding and maximising facilities to attract a full mix of visitors, from couples and families to large corporate groups.
He added: “Community is absolutely everything. It’s the life and blood of our hotel. I’m really passionate about supporting the local community, and this is a key part of our strategy.”
