The Hoxton has announced the opening of its fourth London location in the north end of Shepherd’s Bush green in December 2022.
As the twelfth hotel in The Hoxton series, the property will reportedly have 237 bedrooms, a Thai-Americana restaurant, a wraparound bar and terrace, as well as a standalone retail store for the community and ‘The Apartment’ meeting and events space.
The new hotel is said to be well located close to Shepherd’s Bush Market, Bush Hall and Shepherd’s Bush Empire, while Portobello Market and Notting Hill are in walking distance.
Designed by Ennismore Design Studio, the hotel’s interiors are said to draw references from the local area throughout, with the public spaces “paying tribute” to retro transport design from the TFL archives in the nearby London Transport Museum Depot, while decorative glass chandeliers and pendants embellished with mixed metals add a “dash of glamour”.
On the ground floor, Chet’s, the Thai-Americana restaurant with a menu from Kris Yenbamroong that was reportedly met with rave reviews during its three-month residency at The Hoxton in Holborn, will be serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
In addition, The Hoxton’s meeting and events space, The Apartment, which features in each of its hotels, is located on the ground floor in Shepherd’s Bush, with four rooms centred around a communal ‘Pantry Kitchen’. The space is said to be perfect for parties and private dining.
