Sun Street Hotel London opens its doors

Nightly rates at Sun Street Hotel reportedly start from £250 on a ‘room only’ basis when booked directly

Bespoke Hotels has officially opened its latest addition, Sun Street Hotel in London, a five-star boutique property situated on the borderline of Shoreditch and the City of London in close proximity to Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations.

The hotel has 41 guest rooms, including seven suites, which have been decorated in either a Georgian or modern style by the interior design firm, Bowler James Brindley.

All of the bedrooms also have king-size beds, Oxford pillows, illy coffee-machines, air-conditioning, twice-daily maid service, and Penhaligon toiletries.

Nightly rates at Sun Street Hotel reportedly start from £250 on a ‘room only’ basis when booked directly.

The hotel also has a 40-cover restaurant offering modern British cuisine, with the menu being created by chef Stuart Cauldwell, as well as an “extensive” wine list.

Bespoke Hotels began operating Sun Street Hotel in 2018, under the management of Malaysian infrastructure conglomerate MTD Group and CBRE. Bespoke Hotels represents over 120 properties worldwide and stands as the UK’s largest independent hotel group.

Jake Greenall, general manager of Sun Street Hotel, said: “Sun Street is a hotel with a heartbeat, a place where guests are treated like part of the family, not just a room number. It’s a home away from home for our guests, but with the added benefits that a luxury five-star hotel can bring.”
