The Lympstone Manor hotel in Exmouth Devon has joined the Concord Hotels group, which provides training for hoteliers and chefs in the hotel industry.
The Concord Hotels group offers trainees all-round operational experience whilst giving exposure to various types of hotel environment. All trainees complete a two-year programme, working across either three or four member hotels.
Lympstone Manor is a five-star country house hotel, set in 28 acres of grounds with a 10.8-acre vineyard. It has 21 guest rooms and suites, with the addition of six shepherd huts. It is also home to the Pool House Restaurant and Bar, a dining area set around the heated outdoor swimming pool.
The hotel is the latest in a succession of luxury establishments to join the organisation in an aim to get more college graduates in hospitality well trained in the hospitality industry.
