Hotel Indigo Exeter’s Colson’s Restaurant appoints new head chef
Owned by Hotel Exe Limited and operated by Castlebridge Hospitality, Colson’s and Hotel Indigo Exeter opened in December 2022
Colson’s Restaurant, located within Hotel Indigo Exeter, has appointed Charlotte Vincent, who appeared on BBC2 ‘Great British Menu’ in 2022, as its new head chef.
