Savills, on behalf of 01 Property Investment Limited, has completed the sale of Bendene Town House, a popular boutique town house hotel in Exeter city centre, has been sold to Hi West off a guide price of £1.1m. 

The three storey Grade II Listed property features 21 bedrooms and a rear walled garden terrace, as well as three new garden suites which have recently been converted.

Bendene Town House is situated in the centre of Exeter and benefits from excellent connectivity being only a short walk from Exeter St David’s train station, which has a direct line to London Paddington.

The property was sold on behalf of 01 Property Investment Ltd, who said it now intends to focus its resources on Housel Bay hotel, located at The Lizard, Cornwall. 

Harriet Fuller, associate director in the Hotel Capital Markets team at Savills, who handled the sale, said: “This is a fantastic property with broad guest appeal in the heart of Exeter and we are delighted to complete the sale to Hi West who we are sure will continue to operate the business with great success.”
