UKH Cymru ‘deeply disappointed’ with tourist tax go-ahead
It said that the imposed tax on overnight accommodation must now be ‘ringfenced for the genuine benefit’ of hospitality and tourism businesses in Wales
UKHospitality Cymru has said it is “very disappointed” to learn that Welsh Government will press on with plans to introduce legislation to enable a tourist tax despite the sector’s widespread rejection of the measures.
