Aparthotel brand Native Places has launched The Apartment Collection, a curated selection of fully equipped apartments in London neighbourhoods.
The Apartment Collection has initially launched with 187 apartments at 11 properties across neighbourhoods including Marylebone, Regent’s Park and Waterloo.
The collection provides self-contained, fully furnished apartments aimed at corporate travellers and long-stay guests.
Properties comprise average size of 450 sq ft studios and 600 sq ft one-bedroom apartments ideal for two guests, as well as 750 sq ft two-bedroom apartments which can accommodate up to four guests.
Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and space to dine, high speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk space.
Olivia Immesi, managing director, said: “The launch of our exciting new brand, The Apartment Collection, demonstrates our vision for Native Places to be recognised as the leading lifestyle long-stay brand in the UK. We are committed to providing interesting places to stay in the heart of lively local communities for those who require freedom and flexibility.
“What drives our ambition is the needs and requirements of our long stay guests. We recognise that those staying in a city for longer to work or to attend conferences still want to play, explore and entertain hence why we place such a precedence on our apartments being located in the heart of community neighbourhoods.”
She added: “We also recognise that the competitive nature of the current London housing market can be challenging and so being able to offer flexible long-stay apartments gives those a chance to discover more options to cater for what they are looking for, at a more affordable price than a hotel or renting.”
The company aims to have an additional four properties in London by 2025.
