Marine and Lawn has announced that it will be reopening the Slieve Donard hotel in Northern Ireland under its brand in September.
The hotel was acquired by AJ Capital Partners in 2021 and becomes the first hotel in Northern Ireland for the brand.
The 180-key hotel is located at the foot of the Slieve Donard mountain adjacent to the Royal County Down golf club in County Down.
The decor pays homage to the destination’s seaside beauty and rich Irish traditions and the rooms offer panoramic views of the Mourne Mountains and coastline.
The hotel will offer four food and beverage outlets including J.J Farrall’s restaurant, the Lighthouse Lounge, the Percy French restaurant and the Wolf Bar.
It will also have a spa offering which includes a gym, a 20-metre indoor pool, a vitality pool, steam room, rock sauna and drench showers.
