A five-star guest house in Sandown has been brought to market off a guide price of £825,000.
Sandown House comprises a detached guest house with conservatory and a detached two storey coach house. Located in the outskirts of Nairn, the guest house offers a base to guests to explore the local attractions including golf courses and Speyside’s world-renowned distilleries.
Sandown House boasts six guest rooms each with their own bespoke design.
Sandown House is being sold by the current owners due to retirement. They have successfully run the business for 18 years and have “significantly invested” in the property including adding the annex of four suites to the offering of the business.
