The Park, the holiday park situated in Mawgan Porth, Cornwall, has been sold off a guide price of £3.75m.

The five-star park comprises 110 bedrooms across 56 self-catering holiday units ranging from luxury lodges, cottages, park cabins and yurts.

It is set within grounds extending to 21.5 acres, and features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, steam room, restaurant and bar, several tranquil gardens, and an enclosed dog walking area.

The venue is also known for hosting events at the specially designed Yurt village and can accommodate large family gatherings to intimate weddings.

The holiday park is located on the North Cornish Coast, situated between Newquay and Padstow.

Matthew Smith, partner, Hotel Agency at Knight Frank, who handled the sale, said: “The successful purchasers have acquired a superb business with an excellent team who are passionate about the future of the business.

“The Park attracted considerable interest, generating offers from an array of buyer profiles resulting in a sale to local private investors, for in excess of the guide price. In 2023, Knight Frank has advised on over £1bn of holiday parks.”
