Investment in UK hotels hits lowest level since 2012
Total annual investment volume fell for the third consecutive year, down by 37% on the previous year and some 57% lower than the ten-year average
Around £2bn of UK hotel transactions were recorded in 2023, according to new data from Knight Frank, though investment levels hit their lowest level since 2012.
