The QHotels Collection has secured the Meetings Industry Association (MIA) accreditation, marking a milestone in its “commitment to excellence” within the meetings and events realm.
According to QHotels, securing this accolade has underscored its “exceptional” offering at six of its biggest conference venues Chesford Grange Hotel and Spa; Doubletree by Hilton Oxford Belfry; Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa; Delta Hotels by Marriott Nottingham Belfry; Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort; and Norton Park Hotel, Spa and Manor House.
Kerrin MacPhie, CEO of MIA UK, said: “We’re delighted to welcome six hotels from The QHotels Collection into membership. This distinguished badge signifies that each venue is committed to service excellence, quality and safety as standard. Buyers who choose an MIA accredited venue can be assured of a great experience.”
Sarah Harvey, head of event sales and business development at The QHotels Collection, added: “The MIA is the leading trade association for the UK business meetings and events industry, so I am delighted that six of our key conference hotels are now members.
“The AIM accreditation is nationally recognised as a mark of excellence, quality and professionalism that we at The QHotels Collection strive for daily in delivering excellent events for our customers.”
The accolades continued with the recent triumphs at the VenueVerdict Awards, which saw QHotels be awarded ‘No 1 Mid-Sized Group for Mystery Shopping and Event Planner Feedback’ for 2023.
