Fowey Hall welcomes new GM and deputy GM

They join the Luxury Family Hotels’s flagship property in Cornwall, which reopened last year following a ‘substantial’ multi-million pound renovation

Luxury Family Hotels has appointed Pim Wolfs as general manager and Christian Clark as deputy general manager of Fowey HallThey join the brand’s flagship property in Cornwall, which reopened last year following a “substantial” multi-million pound renovation.

The duo join Fowey Hall ahead of its busy summer season, as the Cornish family hotel looks to further enhance its luxury hospitality offering, as the addition of a new steam room, spa bath and Nordic-style outdoor sauna join the existing spa facilities. 

Wolfs joins Fowey Hall from the Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort in Wiltshire, where he served for three years as deputy general manager. Prior to this, he held senior leadership positions at Farncombe Estate, Pale Hall, and Macdonald Hotels and Resorts.

Clark joins the team from his role as restaurant manager of Captains Club Hotel in Christchurch, which followed his time as duty manager of Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa in Hampshire and The Noisy Lobster in Mudeford.

He holds “extensive” expertise in the hospitality industry, particularly in food and beverage, and “eagerly anticipates collaborating with local businesses to incorporate locally sourced elements into Fowey Hall’s menus”.

Adam Dyke, group operations director at Luxury Family Hotels, said: “We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Pim and Christian into the Luxury Family Hotels team. Both individuals will bring a wealth of experience and in-depth industry knowledge to the role, coupled with their personal and detail-orientated approach to hospitality.”
