The Broadway Country House Hotel in Carmarthen has been put on the market for a freehold price of £1.3m.
The hotel offers 10 recently refurbished en-suite rooms inside the main building along with a two-bedroom apartment which could be used as owners/managers accommodation.
The public areas are vast, offering various function and dining rooms, along with an orangery and a permanent outdoor marquee.
