Staverton Park Hotel and Golf Club has been brought to market by Christie and Co.

The hotel is a 247 bedroom hotel and golf resort with an “array of value enhancement opportunities”.

It also offers an additional 61 conference suites, the largest of which can host approximately 420 guests.

The PGA Championship quality golf course is complemented by a golf driving range and a dedicated clubhouse, including a club bar, restaurant with outdoor patio area as well as a function room.

The hotel also offers substantial health and leisure facilities complete with a 15-metre swimming pool and a gym.
