Pilgrims Holiday Cottages, a complex of cottage accommodation off the Norfolk coast, has been brought to market off with a guide price of £1.8m.
Pilgrims Cottages is situated in the coastal village of Bacton, which lies between Mundesley and Walcott, 25 miles from Cromer and 12 miles from Great Yarmouth.
The accommodation consists of five properties, which have all been extensively renovated with the principal property offering six en-suite bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 guests, with four other cottages each sleeping between four and six guests.
The cottages are all located together with access to private gardens and an indoor heated swimming pool, for guest use and private hire.
Simon Jackaman, director – Hotels East Anglia at Christie and Co, who is managing the sales process, said: “This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire a trading holiday complex in the heart of the Norfolk coast.
“The cottages have been under the ownership of our client since the 1980s and this is the first time they have come to the market. Each property is equipped and fitted for the holiday letting market. They are ideal for an existing owner of a similar business, or entrepreneur or investor looking for a ready-made opportunity the Pilgrims Holiday Cottages provides.”
