Luxury Family Hotels has appointed Kasia Elliott as general manager of Fowey Hall.
Elliott, who was previously deputy general manager at Woolley Grange in Bath, will take up her first general manager position at Luxury Family Hotels’ flagship property in Cornwall.
Her career at Luxury Family Hotels spans over eight years, having taken up her first position as supervisor in 2016 at Woolley Grange.
The hotel group said she has since shown “great dedication and loyalty” to the brand as she worked her way up the ranks at Woolley Grange, progressing from F&B manager in 2018 to deputy general manager in 2021.
Having been deputy general manager for the past three years, she worked closely alongside the general manager. During this tenure, Elliott has also completed her WSET level 2 and operation management apprenticeship level 5 and is also in this year’s Master Innholder Association Inspiring Leaders Diploma cohort.
Adam Dyke, group operations director at Luxury Family Hotels, said: “We are thrilled to announce Kasia Elliott’s appointment as general manager at Fowey Hall Hotel. Over the past eight years, Kasia has demonstrated exceptional dedication, rising through the ranks thanks to her hard work and leadership qualities. We’re excited to see the hotel continue to thrive and evolve under her guidance.”
Elliott added: “I am delighted to be appointed as the general manager of Fowey Hall, a property that holds a special place in my heart. It is a privilege to lead the flagship hotel of Luxury Family Hotels, and I am excited to begin this new chapter alongside the exceptional team at Fowey Hall, continuing to build on the strong reputation the hotel has established.”
