RBH Hospitality Management has been appointed as the operator of the new dual-branded Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites in Dundee. The new management deal with owner Percor Capital marks a “significant milestone” for RBH, according to the group, as it further expands its footprint in Scotland.
Comprising 102 bedrooms at Hotel Indigo and 85 at Staybridge Suites, the property also includes the Daisy Tasker restaurant and Eighteen22 bar.
RBH said this appointment continues its growth within the Scottish market, bringing its total portfolio of Scottish properties to nine and represents a return to Dundee for the operator.
With this addition, RBH’s current portfolio will include 20 IHG-branded properties across the UK.
David Hart, CEO of RBH Hospitality Management, said: “We are excited to return to Dundee and forge a strategic partnership with Percor Capital to manage these exceptional properties. The dual-branded model of Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites enables us to diversify our offering by meeting the unique needs of both short-term and extended-stay guests – a critical component of our broader growth strategy
“This appointment not only reinforces our commitment to the Scottish market but also strengthens our long-standing partnership with IHG as we continue to expand our portfolio of high-performing properties.”
