BGAM completes fourth hotel acquisition

Bowling Green Asset Management (BGAM) has acquired Tankersley Manor in South Yorkshire from real estate investment company Aprirose.

The acquisition of the 98-key hotel represents the group’s fourth hotel acquisition and its third in the last 12 months. The property is a Grade II listed building and has a full-service spa, bar and restaurant, and a conference and meetings centre.

Located just off Junction 36 of the M1, the hotel is within 20 minutes of Sheffield city centre and also in reach of the Peak District National Park.
