Ferrari’s Country House Hotel and Restaurant on Chipping Lane, Preston, has been acquired by Elle R Leisure from a guide price of £2.25m.
The detached property, which is situated in Longridge among the Ribble Valley, is set on 4.5 acres of land and comprises 23 en-suite bedrooms and two cottages.
A popular wedding venue, the country house hotel also features three function rooms for 250 people, an outdoor ceremony space and summer private dining, and a bar area.
The hotel is easily accessible from junction 31A on the M6 North and junction 32 on the M6.
The surrounding area also provides an array of independently owned shops, pubs and restaurants.
