The July, an apartment hotel group, is set to bring its first international apartment-hotel to London Victoria.Located a five-minute walk from Victoria underground and coach stations, The July features 116 apartments, of which two residential. The site also features a restaurant and bar as well as an on-site deli.
Each apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, giving guests the option to prepare food and refreshments, whilst also offering full hotel services.
On-site amenities include a gym, wellness area with a cold room and sauna, flexible workspaces, and three meeting rooms with a breakout space.
There is also a seasonal restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a bar open until 22:30.
The building will be BREEAM certified, with a “strong emphasis” on reducing its carbon footprint.
