The Kinderton Hotel in Cheshire has been brought to market with a guide price of £825,000 for the freehold of the property.

The property is arranged over a ground and two/three upper floors and benefits from a large two tiered outdoor terrace and beer garden.

It features an open-plan lounge bar and dining conservatory, a restaurant and function suite and a private reception area.

Alongside this it features 10 en-suite bedrooms, and private on-site car parking for more than 20 vehicles.

Furthermore, the hotel’s outside terraced area provides extra seating for a further 200 guests.

Tom Cunningham, director at Savills, which is conducting the sale, said: “The Kinderton represents a unique investment opportunity in a thriving market town. Its blend of historic charm and modern amenities make it an attractive proposition for potential buyers.”
