Ellen Kensington has announced the opening of the Lacquer Room, its new pan-Asian dining destination.
The 123 cover restaurant will be led by Singaporean executive chef Eugene Lam, who has expertise in Japanese and Asian cuisine.
It includes a private outdoor terrace, private dining room and immersive countertop dining experiences.
The private dining room, with seating for up to 20 guests, also has its own private terrace.
The restaurant is also complemented by Ellen Bar, a cocktail bar with its own separate, private terrace that welcomes cigar smokers.
Ellen Kensington hotel itself spans five interconnected Victorian townhouses, overlooking the historic Barkston Gardens.
