BWH Hotels has hosted its first ever Pan European Convention in Palma de Mallorca, which welcomed around 1,200 hoteliers from around the world.
With ‘Unique and United’ as the inaugural theme, convention delegates connected to share their expertise and perspectives on the big questions today’s hoteliers face.
The main attractions at the convention included brand strategies, ESG initiatives and keynote insights from industry experts on market trends, sustainability and the impact of AI on the hospitality industry.
Attendees participated in workshops on topics ranging from cybersecurity and digital marketing to wellness in hospitality.
There was also an international CEO panel discussion featuring BWH Hotels UK chief executive, Tim Rumney.
According to BWH, the aim of the conference was to foster international collaboration and reinforce the group’s global growth and partnership.
