InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has opened its third Voco branded property in the UK in Oxford Thames.
The hotel was acquired earlier in the year as part of IHG’s strategic partnership with Covivio to acquire 12 Principal and DeVere properties.
The 104-room hotel offers a standard Voco design with upscale sustainable amenities from Aveda, fast Wifi and inspired British cuisine from its Conservatory Restaurant.
The property also features The Crusaders Bar and Lounge and The Oxford Thames Spa and Leisure Club, a fully equipped health club, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym.
Elle Garner, general manager, Voco Oxford Thames said: “We are incredibly excited to be the third hotel in the UK to join the Voco family. My team is thrilled to bring this new brand to life in Oxford and look forward to welcoming guests, new and old, with a warm welcome.”
Voco Oxford Thames is the third Voco hotel in the UK, joining properties in St David’s Cardiff and St John’s Solihull.
