RBH Hospitality Management has secured the contract to manage the Radisson Hotel Liverpool.
The contract adds a fourth Liverpool property to the management company’s portfolio. The group already operates The Municipal Hotel Liverpool – MGallery, Aloft Liverpool, and Staybridge Suites Liverpool in the city.
The agreement marks the first partnership between the hotel owners and the company. It also expands the firm’s existing operations with Radisson Hotel Group, alongside its managed portfolios for IHG Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, Hilton Hotels and Resorts, Accor, and Wyndham Worldwide.
The recently refurbished property is situated in central Liverpool and features 194 rooms. The hotel contains an on-site bar and restaurant alongside dedicated meetings and events spaces.
Chief executive of RBH Hospitality Management David Hart said: “The addition of the Radisson Hotel, Liverpool marks a significant milestone in the growth of our portfolio. The appointment reflects the strength and breadth of our partnerships and opens up new avenues as we continue to grow our business.”
Hart added: “We remain focused on working with leading brands and look forward to working with the owners and Radisson Hotel Group as their new management partner.”
Managing director for Stonemoss Hospitality Asset Management Allan Davidson, who supported the transaction, said: “This appointment represents a positive step forward for the recently refurbished hotel and reflects the confidence both ownership and Stonemoss Hospitality Asset Management has in RBH’s operational expertise and market presence.
“Liverpool continues to be one of the UK’s most dynamic hospitality destinations, and we believe this partnership positions the hotel strongly for long-term success while building on the significant investment already made into the property.”
