Pan Pacific London appoints new executive assistant manager

Pan Pacific London has announced the appointment of Steven Drewery as executive assistant manager for Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s first London property, opening in autumn 2020.

In the new executive assistant manager position, Drewery will support Anne Golden, general manager, on strategic decision making in addition to overseeing all Pan Pacific London’s food and beverage operations.

Most recently, he held the position of director of food and beverage at The Biltmore Mayfair and has also held the position of director of food and beverage at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London and Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi.

He has also held positions atg Giorgio Armarni, Swissôtel Hotels and Resorts, The Peninsula Hotels and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. 

Drewery said: “I am thrilled to work on Pan Pacific London’s management team in a leadership capacity with Anne.
