Hilton Maidstone Hotel brought to market for £12.5m
The Hilton Maidstone Hotel in Kent has been brought to the market for an asking price of £12.5m.
The hotel, which is purpose built, features 146 en suite bedrooms, eight meeting rooms, a bar, restaurant, health club, swimming pool and approximately 300 car parking spaces, it is also set within 6.2 acres of land and is located approximately 10 minutes from central Maidstone, a country town in the centre of Kent.
Knight Frank, the agency appointed to handle the sale, said there is an “opportunity” to rebrand the hotel as a Hilton Doubletree or to take the hotel free of branding since the occupational lease currently in place to Hilton Group PLC is set to expire on 31st December 2021.
In 2019 the turnover for the venue was in excess of £5,400,000 net of VAT.
