The Riviera Hotel in Weymouth Dorset has been brought to market for an asking price of £5.5m.
The purpose-built Grade II listed building features 98 ensuite rooms, a large banqueting facility, gym, restaurant and a private swimming pool area with a sauna.
It is also set within 30,000 Sqm of land and situated 4 km from Weymouth city centre, as well as 45km from Bournemouth International Airport.
Rolfe East, the agency appointed to handle the sale, said the hotel provides a “stunning view of the sea” and buyers have the potential to further develop the property with sustainability and transformation plans available for the land adjacent to the property.
No comment has yet been provided by the previous owners regarding their choice to sell the property.
