Supercity Aparthotels launches new executive suite and PA incentive

In this episode we speak to Anthony Hunt, partner and co-head of Corporate Real Estate at law firm Howard Kennedy. We discuss why 2026 may be seen as a pivotal year for boutique hotels, unpack the rise of global nomadism and how this is shaping demand and trends across hospitality, and how a strong team and clear, consistent messaging and offerings are key to securing investment.

London-based Supercity Aparthotels is making a play to attract more business travellers with the launch of ‘Executive One Bedroom Suites’ and ‘PA incentive’.

The company said that the larger Executive One Bedroom Suites have been designed to attract and appeal to business travellers. The suites are equipped with amenities including Sky TV, a second flat screen TV in the bedroom, and a Ruark digital radio.

In addition to the suites Supercity is also launching its PA incentive, in what the company says will be “rewarding the fundamental role PAs play in the business travel market”.

For each individual PA that books in excess of 30 nights at a Supercity location over a 12-month period, the company will offer them a complimentary weekend stay. Supercity Aparthotels’ portfolio currently includes The Rosebery in Clerkenwell, and Templeton Place and Nevern Place in Earl’s Court.

The group recently acquired two new properties in Chancery Lane and Watford town centre, due to open within the next two years.
